We always come across shias, saying that we follow the madhab of ahlebayt and you follow the madhab of sahaba. Is this correct? was there a difference between madhab of sahaba and ahlebayt? let see....

I want to dedicate this thread to the views and teaching of ahlebayt(ra) and the narrations narrated by them or which were about them. This thread should only contain the sahi or hasan narrations. And in the thread we would be discussing about ahlebayt whom shia think. i.e hz ali(ra), hz Fatima(ra) , hz hussain(ra) , hz hassan(ra) and their remaining imams.

So I want the brothers to gather what all authentic they can get under the rules of this thread, so that we can show to the shias when ever they open their mouth about mazab e ahlebayt,we can say to them that this was actually the madhab of ahlebayt but not what you say.

Post irrelative to the topic or no accordance to the thread with be deleted.

HZ ALI(RA) DIDN’T HAVE ANY DIVINE BOOK EXCEPT QURAN: SO FROM WHERE CAME THE FORGERIES OF AL JAMIA OR MUSHNAF E FATIMA ETC?

SAHI MUSLIM Bk 7, Number 3163:
Ibrahim al−Taimi reported on the authority of his father: 'Ali b. Abi Talib (Allah be pleased with him) addressed us and said: He who thought that we have besides the Holy Qur'an anything else that we recite, he told a lie. And this document which is hanging by the sheath of the sword contains but the ages of the camels, and the nature of the wounds. He (Hadrat'Ali) reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: Medina is sacred from 'Air to Thaur; So if anyone makes an innovation or accommodates an innovator, the curse of Allah, the angels, and all persons will fall upon him, and Allah will not accept any obligatory or supererogatory act as recompense from them. And the protection granted by the Muslims is one and must be respected by the humblest of them. If anyone makes a false claim to paternity, or being a client of other than his own masters, there is upon him the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people. Allah will not accept from him any recompense in the form of obligatory acts or supererogatory acts. The hadith transmitted on the authority of Abu Bakr and Zabair ends with (these words): The humblest
among them should respect it; and what follows after it is not mentioned there, and in the hadith transmitted by them (these words are) not found: (The document was hanging) on the sheath of his sword.

BUKHARI
1.111:
Narrated Ash−Shu`bi: Abu Juhaifa said, "I asked `Ali, 'Have you got any book (which has been revealed to the Prophet apart from the Qur'an)?' `Ali replied, 'No, except Allah's Book or the power of understanding which has been bestowed (by Allah) upon a Muslim or what is (written) in this sheet of paper (with me).' Abu Juhaifa said, "I asked, 'What is (written) in this sheet of paper?' `Ali replied, it deals with The Diyya (compensation (blood money) paid by the killer to the relatives of the victim), the ransom for the releasing of the captives from the hands of the enemies, and the law that no Muslim should be killed in Qisas (equality in punishment) for the killing of (a disbeliever).

3.94:
Narrated `Ali:We have nothing except the Book of Allah and this written paper from the Prophet (wherein is written:) Medina is a sanctuary from the 'Air Mountain to such and such a place, and whoever innovates in it an heresy or commits a sin, or gives shelter to such an innovator in it will incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people, none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted. And the asylum (of protection) granted by any Muslim is to be secured (respected) by all the other Muslims; and whoever betrays a Muslim in this respect incurs the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people, and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted, and whoever (freed slave) befriends (take as masters) other than his manumitters without their permission incurs the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people, and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted.

COMMENTS: So the view of ahlebayt was that, they didnt have any other divine book except quran, so from where did the forgeries of the books like al jamia or mushnaf e fatima etc came? And that the 12th imam took them along with him. When according to ahlebayt they didnt even existed.

were these divine books were not for the ummah or general believers? can the shias point to us any book which was divine but was not for the believers in general?

And if mazallah hz ali(ra) was doing taqiyyah when he said this, then why would he say that the person who said that is a liar? he would simply deny it that was suffcient.

BUT THESE CLAIMS THAT HE HAD SOME DIVINE BOOKS WERE ACTUALLY MADE BY SABAIES(THE FOLLOWERS OF ABDULLAH IBN SABA) IT SEEMS THIS IS THE REASON HZ ALI(RA) HAD TO EXPOSED THEIR REAL FACES BY CALLING THEM LIARS. AND FORTUNATELY EVEN TODAY WE HAVE SOME OF THOSE LIARS PRESENT IN OUR COMMUNITY WHO HAS THE VERY SAME BELIEFS FOR WHICH HZ ALI(RA) INSULTED THEM AS LIARS.

IF HZ ALI(RA) WAS DOOR OF CITY OF KNOWLEDGE THEN HOW COME THIS DOOR USED TO SEEK HELP OF OTHER FOR ASKING SOME QUERIES?

Sahi bukhari 1.134:
Narrated `Ali: I used to get the menstrual urethral discharge frequently so I requested Al−Miqdad to ask the Prophet about it. Al−Miqdad asked him and he replied, "One has to perform ablution (after it)." (See Hadith No. 269).

comment: IF HZ ALI(RA) WAS DOOR OF CITY OF KNOWLEDGE THEN HOW COME THIS DOOR USED TO SEEK HELP OF OTHER FOR ASKING SOME QUERIES REGARDING FIQH ISSUES? THE CASE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THAT PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE ASKED HZ ALI(RA) FOR THESE THINGS NOT THAT HZ ALI(RA) ASKING PEOPLE TO ASK PROPHET(sAW)

THIS EVEN SHOWS THAT HZ ALI(RA) USED TO ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE IN THE SAME MANNER LIKE THE OTHER SAHABA(RA) USED TO DID.

HZ ALI(RA) DIDN’T SUPPORT ANY THING WHICH OR ALLOWED PEOPLE TO DO IT WHICH WAS WRONG.

sahi muslim
Bk 7, Number 2816:
Sa'id b. al−Musayyab reported that 'Ali and 'Uthman (Allah be pleased with them) met at 'Usfan; and Uthman used to forbid (people) from performing Tamattu' and 'Umra (during the period of Hajj), whereupon 'Ali said: What is your opinion about a matter which the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) did but you forbid it? Thereupon Uthman said: You leave us alone, whereupon he ('Ali) said: I cannot leave you alone. When 'Ali saw this, he put on Ihram for both of them together (both for Hajj and 'Umra).

2.634:
Narrated Marwan bin Al−Hakam: I saw `Uthman and `Ali. `Uthman used to forbid people to perform Hajj−at−Tamattu` and Hajj−al−Qiran (Hajj and `Umra together), and when `Ali saw (this act of `Uthman), he assumed Ihram for Hajj and `Umra together saying, "Lubbaik for `Umra and Hajj," and said, "I will not leave the tradition of the Prophet on the saying of somebody."

comment: From these narrations its proved that ahlebayt or hz ali(ra) wasn’t under taqiyyah during the khilafah of shekein(ra), because if it would have been the case then hz ali(ra) would have keep quiet in this issue also, but he said “I WILL NOT LEAVE THE TRADITION OF THE PROPHET ON THE SAYING OF SOMEBODY” . Which clears that hz ali(ra) was not that type of person who would leave prophetic sunnah. Nor that he was in taqiyyah.

MUSLIM CANNOT INHERIT FROM KAAFIR, ABU TALIB WAS KAAFIR ACCORDING TO AHLEBAYT

2.658:
Narrated 'Usama bin Zaid: I asked, "O Allah's Apostle! Where will you stay in Mecca? Will you stay in your house in Mecca?" He replied, "Has `Aqil left any property or house?" `Aqil along with Talib had inherited the property of Abu Talib. Jafar and `Ali did not inherit anything as they were Muslims and the other two were non−believers. `Umar bin Al−Khattab used to say, "A believer cannot inherit (anything from an) infidel." Ibn Shihab, (a sub−narrator) said, "They (`Umar and others) derived the above verdict from Allah's Statement: "Verily! those who believed and Emigrated and strove with their life And property in Allah's Cause, And those who helped (the emigrants) And gave them their places to live in, These are (all) allies to one another." (8.72)

(MUWATTA MALIK) Book 27, Number 27.12.11:
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that Ali ibn Husayn ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib told him that Aqil and Talib inherited from Abu Talib, and Ali did not inheritfrom him. Ali said, "Because of that, we have given up our portion of ash Shab." (A house belonging to Banu Hashim).

COMMENT: from these narrations its apparent that a muslims cannot inherit from kaafir, and that abu talib was a kaafir that is why hz ali(ra) didnt inherit anything as inheritence from him.

THIS EVEN SHOWS THAT HZ ALI(RA) USED TO ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE IN THE SAME MANNER LIKE THE OTHER SAHABA(RA) USED TO DID.

ALI (a.s) WAS INDEED THE GATE TO THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE AND IF ALI (a.s) ASKED QUESTIONS FROM ANYONE THEN IT WAS NONE OTHER THAN RASOOLALLAH HIMSELF BECAUSE EVERY MUSLIM BELIEVES THAT RASOOLALLAH WAS THE BEST OF THE CREATION AND THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON ALIVE, IN FACT EVERYTHING THAT ALI (a.s) KNEW WAS TAUGHT TO HIM BY THE MESSEGER OF ALLAH, SO IF ALI (a.s) ASKED THE PROPHET A QUESTION SO WHAT?! HE HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK

ALI (a.s) NEVER ONCE ASKED ANY OF THE SAHABA ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL REGARDING FIQH ISSUES. SHOW ME WHERE HE DID BECAUSE THIS IS NOT TRUE, WHEREAS ABU BAKER USED TO ASK HIS DAUGHTER AND UMAR HAS SAID THAT LOWLA ALI LA HALAQA UMAR, MEANING HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR ALI, I UMAR, WOULD HAVE PERISHED. SO UMAR USED TO ASK ALI, ABU BAKER USED TO ASKE ALI EVEN UTHMAN USED TO ASK ALI AND ITS OK BECAUSE HE WAS THE GATE TO THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE!!!! ALI (a.s) NEVER ASKED ANYONE EXCEPT ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER IN FACT ALI (a.s) WAS THE TEACHER OF ANGEL GABREIL SO HOW CAN HE ASK OTHERS, HE WAS NOT A NORMAL COMPANION CAPABLE OF MISTAKES LIKE UR SO CALLED SAHABA'S WERE, ALI (a.s) WAS INFALLIABLE AND IMUNE FROM MISTAKES AS THE QURAN SAID SO IN 33:33
