So what if he said ra that basically means MAY ALLAH BE PLEASED WITH HIM

But this does not mean that Allah will be pleased with him lol thas like saying ya Allah please let me go to heaven but it doesn't mean you definatly will go to heaven

That is why we Shia say (a.s) to our leaders because our leaders have not done anything wrong for us to say Allah be pleased with them, Allah already is pleased with them

So ye so what if he said ra doesn't mean anything!!!

Wow talking about khalifat & then said abu bakr ra !! Shocked
& u r saying ra not mean much!!

Then what about quranic verse RAZIAALAH ANHUMA WA RADUAN!!

U even don't know if any scholar say ra then this mean ALLAH is pleased with him.. bcoz of above Quranic verse..

I think u should talk to ur alim about this issue..

Yes i know wat ra means but the fact is that by saying ra it doesn't mean that Allah will be pleased with ur caliphas, they have angered Allah, simple as that!

What do u mean how? lol

I mean the fact that you say ra means either ur sahaba have angered Allah hence ur saying ya Allah be pleased with them or your saying it because you know Allah isn't pleased with them

Either way it doesn't matter all im saying is that by saying ra it doesn't mean Allah will be pleased with them

Anywz.. let me tell u the meaning of ra ..
The word ra is said with sahaba bcoz ALLAh said in Quran 58:22..

Bcoz of above verse the shia/sunni ulema use the word ra with those sahaba who are not guilty or pleased by ALLAH..

Now lets see what translation says:

[Shakir 58] You shall not find a people who believe in Allah and the latter day befriending those who act in opposition to Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their (own) fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their kinsfolk; these are they into whose hearts He has impressed faith, and whom He has strengthened with an inspiration from Him: and He will cause them to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein; Allah is well-pleased with them and they are well-pleased with Him these are Allah's party: now surely the party of Allah are the successful ones.

[Yusufali 58] Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein (for ever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity.

[Pickthal 58] Thou wilt not find folk who believe in Allah and the Last Day loving those who oppose Allah and His messenger, even though they be their fathers or their sons or their brethren or their clan. As for such, He hath written faith upon their hearts and hath strengthened them with a Spirit from Him, and He will bring them into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide. Allah is well pleased with them, and they are well pleased with Him. They are Allah's party. Lo! is it not Allah's party who are the successful?

[Ibn kathir 58] You will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. For such He has written faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with Ruh from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens under which rivers flow, to dwell therein (forever). Allah is well pleased with them, and they are well pleased with Him. They are the party of Allah. Verily, the party of Allah will be the successful.

ra means Allah is well-pleased with them.. not ALLAH will be pleased..

ALLAH is already pleased with them as stated in QUran 58:22 & i.e. why sunni/shia ulema use word ra with sahaba.. & this logic u can ask to any of ur alim or hussain fadhullah..
